How the delivery fee is calculated
- Base fee €4.90 per delivery.
- Weekday slots starting between 16:00 and 20:00 carry a peak surcharge of €2.00.
- Busy slots cost more: +25% once a slot is 75% booked, +50% from 90%, rounded to the nearest 10 cents.
- Quiet weekday mornings (08:00–12:00 starts, under 25% booked) get €1.50 off, never below €1.00.
- Cancellations inside 24 hours of the slot start are charged at 50% of the fee.
